Parsnip Chips

Satisfyingly crunchy, these parsnip chips are a new take on an old classic.

Parsnip Chips

Serves 4


4 large parsnips, peeled
100g unsalted butter, melted


Preheat your oven to 200C.
Peeler to parsnips into long thin strips.
Place the parsnips, butter and salt in a bowl and toss to combine.
Place on a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper and roast for 10 minutes. 
Toss and cook for a further 8−10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
